Your resume would be screened by our Talent Management Team and incase shortlisted, we may contact you telephonically or by email for the Personal Interview round. Make sure that you mention active contact no and email id for a quick response.

Selection Process:

If your resume is shortlisted you may be called for a face to face round of interview as and when our interview would be scheduled..

Selection Tools

  • Written examination
  • Written test shall be conducted for assessment the parameters like technical understanding, dairy sector awareness, subjective knowledge, computer skills and others.

  • Psychometric testing
  • Psychometric testing varies from numeric and verbal testing to personality tests. These tests are necessary in some requirements for us to see how you deem fit with Maahi and for the position you applied for. Psychometric tests can be completed online as well. In case required you may receive a link via email, and we highly recommend you take the time to complete some of the practice tests before completing the abilities test.

  • Personal Interview
  • Your personal interview would be conducted by our panelists such as HR Head, relevant departmental head, and other concerns interviewers as well as Chief Executive if required. You may be required to appear for one or multiple rounds of interview depending on the post, nature and exigency of the requirement

  • If you clear above assessment rounds and reach at this stage then it is likely that you are one of the selected candidate and to proceed any further, we need to confirm your employment history, performance and work style.

  • Background check
  • The specific background checks shall require for each role will be discussed with you as part of the process, but may consist of the following combination depending on the role applied for:

  • Pre-employment medical checks (where applicable)
  • Qualification check
  • Credit check
  • CV check
  • Driving license check
  • Criminal convictions.

  • Job Offer

    Once the entire recruitment process is been completed we may issue your offer letter and will communicate your joining formalities.
